Mary Kat Nelson is a board-certified Physician Associate. She completed her undergraduate studies in psychology and biology at Northeastern State University, Broken Arrow, and graduate training at the University of Oklahoma Health & Science Center, College of Medicine.
Her post graduate training includes an internship in plastic surgery and advanced training in aesthetics including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and dermal threads. 
Mary Kat's practice was focused in primary care for four years before transitioning to Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) Surgery. In 2020, she began managing weight loss and providing non-surgical beauty treatments. She opened Ruby Clinic in 2023.
When not practicing medicine, she enjoys travel and outdoor adventures. She also enjoys slow weekends at home, baking and gardening with her family.
